“When planning our recent move from the ACT to Queensland we sought feedback from friends who had moved house recently, and Leader Removals was highly recommended. Right from the start we could see that Andrew and Fran at Leader were genuine, professional and honest family business operators.

Ours was quite a complicated move as our requirements kept changing. During the process we decided to store and then transport some of our items because our son was moving to Melbourne. At the time we couldn’t even anticipate when they would be required in Melbourne. It was absolutely no problem. Anything that came up at the last minute was dealt with in a ‘no problem’ way. Then we decided to take more things than were quoted originally. Again, no problem with that. At the last minute we decided to transport a car to Queensland. Again, it was absolutely no trouble making adjustments.

We’ve moved houses a number of times in the past and this was by far the best removal company we have ever used. Both the crew working with Andrew in Canberra and then the one delivering our furniture on the Gold Coast was great and totally professional. Our houseful of furniture was loaded up in Canberra on Monday and delivered in Queensland at 8 am on Wednesday. Amazingly, not one item was damaged or scratched. And the same with the car!
